Tour Route Designer

The Tour route designer for the 2021 Orphan Car Tour is Todd Harrington. It was originally to have been run in 2020, but was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The complete tour was then moved, lock stock and barrel, to June of 2021!.
